All products sold on our store are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing. This means each item is created specifically after an order is placed.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, it is sent to our production partner for printing and fulfillment.
Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days before the order is shipped.
During high demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, shipping usually takes:
India: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking system.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.
Delayed Shipments
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
TFI-Banisa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier service.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
