Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

Because our products are made using print-on-demand technology, every item is produced specifically after an order is placed. This means each product is custom-made and cannot be restocked or resold once produced.

For this reason, please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect size ordered
  2. Change of mind
  3. Incorrect color selection
  4. Personal preference

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your email must include:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the product showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact your local courier service.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at harshikapuluru@gmail.com and we will assist you.


Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this time, production may already have started and the order cannot be changed.
